Fondée en août 2020, INERGIO Technologies SA est basée à Lausanne, en Suisse.
Conscients des enjeux du changement climatique et convaincus de la nécessité d’une transformation systémique, nous concevons la prochaine génération de systèmes énergétiques pour répondre aux besoins actuels et futurs du marché.
Cette technologie s’appuie sur plus de 15 ans de recherche pour introduire un système de piles à combustible à carburant flexible qui pourrait bénéficier des carburants disponibles aujourd’hui et passer à des vecteurs énergétiques futurs tels que l’hydrogène vert et l’ammoniac sans aucune modification technique.
Nous sommes une spin-off de l’EPFL et de la HEIG-VD.

Notre vision est d’accélérer la transition vers l’énergie verte.
Nos systèmes de piles à combustible flexibles permettent une transition progressive vers l’énergie verte en utilisant aujourd’hui des combustibles commerciaux et en passant à l’hydrogène vert lorsqu’il sera largement et commercialement disponible.

Notre mission est de fournir de l’électricité propre partout et à tout moment. Par exemple, en plein hiver, lorsque le réseau n’est pas accessible de manière fiable !

Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand our market presence. Your role will be to grow the lead pipeline, identify new markets and develop business and sales teams in a fast-growing start-up environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Optimize market fit: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to refine the product-market fit.
Lead generation and market research: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels (e.g., industry events, online platforms, referrals).
Sales pipeline development and follow-up: Qualify leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with potential customers.
Develop future business development and sales teams: Build, mentor and lead both business development and sales teams and ensure alignment and synergy between them.
Product commercialization: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
Partner development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand market reach and accelerate growth.
Sales forecasting and reporting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reports on business performance.
Your qualifications:
- Proven track record in business development with a focus on market expansion and revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities.
- Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Fuel cell industry experience is a plus.
- Technical background is a strong plus, especially in mechanical or micro-engineering and electrical engineering.
- Fluency in French and English is required, German is a strong plus.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technician to join our team. You will play a crucial role in the assembly and integration of our fuel cell systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Mechanical Assembly: Assemble fuel cell stacks according to engineering specifications and quality standards. This includes handling delicate components, ensuring precise alignment, and performing quality control checks.
- Electronics Integration: Integrate electronic components into the fuel cell system. This involves soldering, wiring, and testing electronic circuits to ensure optimal performance.
- System Assembly: Assemble complete fuel cell systems by integrating fuel cell stacks, electronics, and other components. Conduct system-level testing and troubleshooting.
- Quality Control: Adhere to strict quality control procedures and identify any defects or anomalies during the assembly process.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of assembly processes, test results, and any issues encountered. Contribute to the development and updating of assembly manuals and documentation.
Your qualifications:
- Technical diploma or equivalent experience in electronics, mechatronics, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with assembly and soldering techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Ability to follow technical drawings and specifications.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
